We record all the necessary data and create an advertisement on our portal and our web providers, such as Homegate or Newhome.

Preliminary discussion / viewing of property
Estimation of current realistic rental income
PREPARATION PHASE

Matching among our search profiles
Publishing on internet platforms

RENTAL

Inspection with prospective tenants
Selection of tenant and consultation with the landlord
Drawing up a rental agreement
Handover of the rental property
Acceptance protocol with an independent HEV assessor
Billing and handover of keys

COSTS

10% of the agreed rent, but limited to a maximum of 2 annual rents
